Positions:

BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Individual must be qualified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct intake assessments

  • Train a high level of professionalism

  • Conduct parent trainings and workshops

  • Train RBTs to implement treatment plans and programs

  • Provide supervision for individuals pursuing certification

  • Facilitate parent trainings with families

  • Maintain up to date session notes and treatment plans

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism


Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification

  • BLS certification is required before start date

  • Possess a Valid Driver’s license

  • Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment

  • Experience with children and teenagers

RBT/BT

Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement skill acquisition programs

  • Implement behavior intervention plans

  • Aid Behavior Analysts in assessments

  • Collect Data

  • Communicate with supervisor regarding client programs

  • Assist with maintaining organized center

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (Some college experience or college graduate preferred)

    • If college graduate, preferred areas of study:Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field

  • Experience with children ages 2-13 preferred

  • Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)

    • Florida approved Medicaid Provider (Preferred, but not required)

  • BLS certification (Preferred, but not required)

  • Possess a Valid Driver’s license (Preferred, but not required)
