Positions:
BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Individual must be qualified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities include:
Conduct intake assessments
Train a high level of professionalism
Conduct parent trainings and workshops
Train RBTs to implement treatment plans and programs
Provide supervision for individuals pursuing certification
Facilitate parent trainings with families
Maintain up to date session notes and treatment plans
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Qualifications
BCBA Certification
BLS certification is required before start date
Possess a Valid Driver’s license
Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment
Experience with children and teenagers

RBT/BT
Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician
Responsibilities include:
Implement skill acquisition programs
Implement behavior intervention plans
Aid Behavior Analysts in assessments
Collect Data
Communicate with supervisor regarding client programs
Assist with maintaining organized center
Qualifications
High School Diploma (Some college experience or college graduate preferred)
If college graduate, preferred areas of study:Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
Experience with children ages 2-13 preferred
Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)
Florida approved Medicaid Provider (Preferred, but not required)
BLS certification (Preferred, but not required)
Possess a Valid Driver’s license (Preferred, but not required)
